Airfried Raisin Mug Buns

I made these from,

1 KG Flower, 1000 ML water, 16 GR. Yeast and Raisins, 10 GR Sugar. Mix together.

Let the raisins rest in water for 15 min. Let them drip out and mix them into the dough mix. Let the mix raise for 45 min. under plastic foil. Use the Airfryer on 200 dgr.C. drop balls of dough mix into mugs . Bake them for 15 min. till they collored light brown. Sprinkle with sugar powder. For non stick, oil the mugs before.
Taste like Oliebollen but structured like a bun, containes les calories.
