Carrots burrito
I made this nice with
Chicken fillet in slices
With
Sea Salt
Pepper
Paprika powder
Kurkuma
Ginger powder
Chilli flakes
And oil.
Start baking with the
Carlic
Onion
And pull the Spiced chicken in till it's colors a bit glazy
Bake the chicken ready for eat
Pull the veggies in
Spinach
Paksoi
Mushrooms
Bell pepper
Carrot
Leek
When it's still crispy served it in a carrot burrito

I baked this salmon in a pan with a bit butter and olive oil
Sprinkle With seasalt, pepper, Dille, chives.
This Taste so good and is so easy
Bake it around till it colored a bit brown
Serve with slices avocado

Easter pastry with eggs cheese and veggies

I made these for Easter
I used
1 pastry sheet
Creamy cheese with herbs
Or green curry paste
Eggs
Veggies
Leek
Bell peppers
Mushrooms
Carrots
In small slices
And a cupcake mold
Pull the pastry on the mold and press into the holes
Cut with a pizza roller squares around the holes
Stuffed them with the veggies
And cheese or curry mix
Topped with eggs
Bake them in a preheated oven on 180 dgr.c.
For about 20 min.

Chocolate Easter cruffins

I used 1 sheet puffend pastry from ca.40 x 30 cm.
Pure chocolate paste
Cover the pastry sheet with the chocolate paste
Cut the sheet in length you have two long sheets
Roll into strings and cut in pieces from about 5 cm.
Bake them in a popcake baker for about 5/6 min.
Ready 👌

Vegan protein smoothie

Vegan protein smoothie
I make this from
Green pea 1 cup
Broccoli 1 cup
Boild whole grain rice 1 cup
And for the taste 2 big strawberries
Oatmilk for blending About 200 ml.
Great for these who cannot take animal proteins
Off course there are lot of vegan powder proteins
But it is also easy to make by yourself

Pastry cruffins with almondpaste

I used 1 sheet puffend pastry from ca.40 x 30 cm.
For homemade almond paste start a day before.
I make this easy from
Crushed white almonds or almond flour about 150 gr.
With sugar like taste ca 150 gr.
Half egg
Lemon zest ca 1 tablespoon
Mix the ingredients
Till it's smooth
Put it overnight in the fridge under foil
Cover the pastry sheet white the almondpaste and cinnamon
Cut the sheet in length you have two long sheet
Roll into strings and cut in pieces from about 5 cm.
And topped them with a bit butter and white almonds slices
Bake them in a popcake baker for about 5/6 min.
Ready 👌

Heerlijke gezonde rode bieten burrito's
Benodigdheden,
1 pak rode bieten wraps
Gekruide kipreepjes
Zak groentemix naar smaak
Ik heb gekozen voor
Prei, ui, paprika, wortel mix
En een zakje burrito kruiden
Bak de ingrediënten gaar begin met de kip
Dan de groenten en als laatste de kruiden
Verwarm de burrito's even voor in de oven of magnetron
Beleg de burrito's met de kip groenten mix
Prik vast met een prikker
En serveer met saus naar keuze.
Ik vind geroosterde sesamsaus erg lekker hierbij.
Lekker makkelijk en snel. Eet smakelijk.


Dadel kip shoarma pizza

Heerlijk zelfgemaakte pizza met dadels en kip shoarma
Dit heb je nodig
1 pizza kit met deeg en tomaten saus
Kip shoarma reepjes, eerst voorbakken in een pan
Dadels, de pitten eerst verwijderen
Groente mix voor macaroni
Grano padano kaas geraspt
Snijd het deeg in 6 plakken
Besmeer met de saus
Daarop de voorgebakken kip
De ontpitte dadels
De groenten mix
Prei, paprika, uien.
En de geraspte kaas.
Bak in een voorverwarmde oven op 180 gr.C
Voor ongeveer 20 tot 25 min.

Zelfgemaakte lasagne

Heerlijk zelfgemaakte lasagne
Benodigdheden,
2 vellen flamenkuchen deeg
Gehakt
Groente,
Champignons
Tomaten in partjes
Prei in ringen
Paprika in blokjes
Wortel in schijfjes
Tomaten saus
En geraspte kaas (emmentaler)
Begin met een deegvel met daarop een
laagje gehakt en groenten
Dek af met de 2e vel deeg
Maak nog een laag
Met gehakt en groenten
Met daarop een laag kaas.
In een voorverwarmde
oven op 180 gr C.
Voor ongeveer 20 tot 25 min.

Bladerdeeg taart met gekruide kip stukjes

Heerlijk zelfgemaakte bladerdeeg taart
Gevuld met gekruide kip en paprika
Dit heb je nodig
2 vellen rond bladerdeeg
Kip filet in stukjes gesneden
Kruiden, paprikapoeder, chilipoeder, zout naar smaak
Fijngesneden paprika's rood,
geel en groen
Bak eerst de kip met kruiden gaar met een beetje bakolijf. In een braadpan en voeg daarna nog even de paprika reepjes toe en bak deze nog een minuutje mee.
Beleg 1 zijde van het bladerdeeg met de kip en paprika
En dek af met het 2e vel bladerdeeg.
Vouw de zijkanten naar binnen in dicht en maak met een scherp mes inkepingen in de bovenste laag (om te kunnen ademen.)

Mix it all together.

Roll the sheet out and cut into 6 pieces
And cover with the tomato sauce
Following by the veggies
Mushrooms

Bell peppers
Salami
And topped with emmentaler cheese
Fold the pieces in like a envelope
And bake in a preheated oven on 180 dgr.c.

Puff pastry sheets
Creamy cheese with herbs
Fresh veggies
Leek
Carrot
Onion
Bell peppers
And bacon, i baked it first i a pan and let the fat dropped out.
Roll out the sheet, and make a raster with my tool.
cover the other side with the creamy cheese
Topped with the veggies,
And the bacon
Baked in a preheated oven on 180 dgr.C. for about 20/25 min.

I made this very easy from

Eggs mixed with Cajun spices (till it's foamy)
Fresh veggies
Leek
Mushrooms

Pumpkin
And chicken sausages.
Place the pastry sheet in a cakepan. Cover with the egg mix. Following by the chicken sausages and the veggies.
Baked in a preheated oven on 180 dgr.C. for about 20/25 min.

Airfryer Mug Oliebollen - Airfried Raisin Mug Buns

Airfried Raisin Mug Buns
I made these from,
1 KG Flower, 1000 ML water, 16 GR. Yeast and Raisins, 10 GR Sugar. Mix together.
Let the raisins rest in water for 15 min. Let them drip out and mix them into the dough mix. Let the mix raise for 45 min. under plastic foil. Use the Airfryer on 200 dgr.C. drop balls of dough mix into mugs . Bake them for 15 min. till they collored light brown. Sprinkle with sugar powder. For non stick, oil the mugs before.
Taste like Oliebollen but structured like a bun, containes les calories.

Fried Raisin Buns
I made these from,
1 KG Flower, 1000 ML water, 16 GR. Yeast and Raisins, 10 GR Sugar. Mix together.
Let the raisins rest in water for 15 min. let them drip out and mix them into the dough mix. Use a Frier with sunflower oil on 190 dgr.C. and drop balls of dough mix in. Bake and turn till they collored light brown. Sprinkle with sugar powder.
