
Pastry cruffins with almondpaste

I used 1 sheet puffend pastry from ca.40 x 30 cm.
For homemade almond paste start a day before.
I make this easy from
Crushed white almonds or almond flour about 150 gr.
With sugar like taste ca 150 gr.
Half egg
Lemon zest ca 1 tablespoon
Mix the ingredients
Till it's smooth
Put it overnight in the fridge under foil
Cover the pastry sheet white the almondpaste and cinnamon
Cut the sheet in length you have two long sheet
Roll into strings and cut in pieces from about 5 cm.
And topped them with a bit butter and white almonds slices
Bake them in a popcake baker for about 5/6 min.
